All Legal Papers will be translated so that you will know what it is you are signing up for. Our Advisors are there to give you advice and guidance, of a practical nature, through what can be an unfamiliar procedural maze. It must be stressed, however, that they don’t and can’t give legal advice. In Bulgaria it is normal for one Notary (Solicitor) to act for both Parties. They are obliged to tell both Parties of any problems that may arise with any transaction. If the problem cannot be mutually resolved to your satisfaction you may (as any Bulgarian would) have to seek independent legal advice. At the completion of the transaction for the signing of legal documents you will be expected to attend along with a translator. If you don’t have one with you, the signing cannot go ahead. One of our Advisors will be there to give support and advice of a practical and procedural kind and also to translate anything that may arise. |
